There are many potential reasons, but in one case if you email documents from your personal email to your school email to print them, sometimes they will come in as spam.
When this happens, it will not let you print anything from the email that was marked as spam. Simply click "not spam" or "unmark as spam" and you should be able to print your documents.
If you continue to have issues, contact the IT help desk.
