Make sure you are printing to LIBREF1, LIBREF2 or LIBREF3 - if these options aren't on your computer, ask at the circulation desk.
Try a different printer than the one you have currently selected.
Make sure the printer is not jammed - if it is, tell someone at the desk.
If you are on a mac try to print by going to "FILE" and then selecting print.
